Summer is my favorite time of year.  Just laying around in the sun, enjoying road trips, boating, and running on the beach!

Here are a couple of things that I have to have during the warm summer months to keep me cool and comfortable.

Cool Mat – Perfect for in my kennel, on the porch, or by the pool.

Sunscreen – I use this for days when I’m going to be out on the boat or by the pool for the day, and I refuse to sit in the shade.

Portable water bottle – This is an essential item that we have to have for road trips, and basically, anywhere we go in the summer.  This way, I always have my own water.  Stay hydrated!

Life Jacket – I have my very own life jacket for when we go out on the boat so I can swim with Mom and Dad.  Also helps keep me cool if I get too hot on the boat.

Collapsible Bowls – These portable bowls are my favorite I think my parents have at least four pairs of them.  Perfect for keeping in the car, kennel or out on the boat.

Dog car seat – Everyone has asked about my car seat from my last post and my Instagram @kowboyskorner so here it is!  Perfect for road trips and fits perfectly in our truck.

Portable fan – Perfect for road trips for when I want more airflow than just the A/C in the car.  It is also portable, and I can clip it to the chair at the pool.

Chill bandana – There are not too many days where I get completely worn out from the sun, but if I do get hot and don’t feel like swimming, Mom and Dad wet this down and tie it around.  Stylish and cooling.

Sun hat – To be honest I think my Mom likes this more than me, but if it matches my bow tie, I guess I’ll put up with it for a bit.
